I collaborate closely with other coaches and staff to ensure each athlete receives personalized guidance and encouragement while maintaining the high standards and culture of True Lacrosse. Through this role, I have strengthened my leadership, communication, and mentoring skills, learning to adapt coaching methods to meet the unique needs of each athlete.This experience allows me to combine my passion for lacrosse, my dedication to athlete development, and my commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
