I am currently an undergraduate research volunteer in the coRE (Computational, Robotics & Experimental Biomechanics) Lab at the UW Medical Center, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine. My research focuses on developing new methods for measuring blood flow in the foot to more efficiently identify circulatory issues in diabetic patients suffering from neuropathy and peripheral artery disease. I am currently exploring image processing software to analyze heart rate, blood flow, and potential oxygen levels in the blood using video footage.
