   As Deputy Editor, I edit the vast majority of longform stories ELLE publishes, both in print and online, including cover stories, profiles, and narrative features on politics, culture, crime, and social trends. I am the top editor on the magazine’s culture and perspectives (features) sections, have overseen big projects including Women in Hollywood, and written profiles and other features myself; I also work very closely with our digital team. In 2020, I booked Kamala Harris for our November 2020 cover (her only cover during the campaign), edited the hugely viral story The Journalist and the Pharma Bro, profiled Reps. Katie Porter, and got Cardi B and then Democratic Presidential Nominee Joe Biden together on Zoom.
