Working with leaders within the communications team to create impactful and measurable processes and procedures to help systematize the internal communications function •Managing the end-to-end execution of companywide All Hands meetings and Digital Signage program • Assisting and coaching the development and roll-out of internal processes to improve and optimize performance across numerous projects • Developing project plans, identifying appropriate teams and resources needed to execute, and keeping all teams accountable • Helping to clearly and consistently communicate to internal stakeholders through a variety of mediums including email, Slack and digital signage • Being a champion of process by sticking to workflows and identifying inefficiencies that can be improved upon • Maintaining ongoing communication with all relevant stakeholders regarding the status of active projects
