Own and direct the onboarding and offboarding strategy and execution for corporate, retail, and distribution center employees, ensuring compliance with I 9 verification, payroll readiness, system access, LMS configuration, benefits onboarding.• Ensure HRIS data integrity and regulatory compliance by leading weekly audits, establishing data governance standards, and managing change tracking across SAP, Paylocity and Benefit Partner integrated systems.• Lead the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards processes, building a scalable and fully documented process library used across HR and cross-functional teams.• Oversee enterprise-wide communication initiatives and guide the development and enhancement of the internal HR intranet, ensuring clear, consistent, and accessible information for all employees.• Develop and manage advanced reporting dashboards in Excel and related tools to track headcount, compensation structures, workforce trends, and key HR metrics, driving data accuracy and informed decision-making.• Lead and execute the full Benefits Open Enrollment lifecycle, including project planning, system configuration and readiness, employee communications, issue resolution, and post‑enrollment analysis to ensure a seamless employee experience.
