As a project manager, I aim to bring clarity to a project, set my team up for success, and remove roadblocks to produce the best possible product - done right and managed right. I’ve worked with clients in healthcare, higher education, and technology to strategize, plan, and execute projects that range in complexity from simple blog posts to full company annual reports. I love the process of turning problems into workable solutions. My experience in startups has also allowed me to see all sides of a business, making it easier to translate the frequent disconnect between business expectations and the actual work. I am skilled in managing timelines, budgets, and expectations to ensure every project is on-brand, on-time, and within budget.When I’m not focused on managing projects, I am usually exploring through hiking, climbing or traveling the world - after living in Italy for a year or so, I’ve got lots of recommendations!
