Director of Development classically means “fundraiser.” It’s what we’re trained to hear. While that is indeed a part of my role, it’s only one slice of the pie. Hearing how the Spirit is at work in the lives of our prospective participants, current students, and alumni is, in part, how Oasis can continue its own “development” to be the community it is meant to be.
