As a member of the Conservation Learning leadership team, I collaborate with a variety of Aquarium departments to develop and adapt metrics showcasing program success and efficacy. I design and execute internal evaluation projects for exhibits, programs, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Aquarium’s mission. I consult with departments to strategize evaluations, identify skill enhancement opportunities, and liaise with external stakeholders including donors. I work with staff, students, and volunteers in front-end and formative evaluation studies for the Aquarium.

In 2008, we partnered with the island nation of Kiribati and Conservation International to create the Phoenix Islands Protected Area.
