As a Project Manager, I oversee the lifecycle of high-end commercial and hospitality projects, ensuring efficient coordination, documentation, and communication with all stakeholders. Leadership & Communication- Lead field supervision teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring alignment with project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols- Represent the company in meetings with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and timely problem resolution.2. Financial Administration & Budgeting- Manage financial aspects of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders, reviewing contractor requisitions for payment and tracking costs- Maintain project budgets, monitor costs, identify savings, and track financials for timely invoicing and project profitability.3. Project Planning- Review contract documents, set up budgets, define milestones, and create schedules of values- Participate in design reviews and preconstruction planning, ensuring alignment with client goals, coordinating safety measures, and scheduling.4. Purchasing, Documentation & Compliance- Oversee purchasing processes and ensure timely deliveries. Maintain document control for RFIs, submittals, change orders, and shop drawings. Project Execution & Scheduling- Coordinate with Field Supervisors, Warehouse Manager, General Contractors, and Shop Fabricators to ensure efficient execution- Manage schedules, track shipments, walk-throughs, and installations to ensure timely project milestones.6. Meeting & Status Management- Attend weekly project status meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and keep projects on track.7. Project Closeout- Oversee closeout activities, including delivering manuals, warranties, and as-built documentation.
