   As a Recruitment Specialist, my main responsibilities include:• Receive and qualify job orders; source, screen, interview, check references, test, and submit direct placement and contractor candidates to customer for consideration• Serve as a liaison between Acara, our customer and the candidate pool• Manage assigned contract labor staff• Use independent judgment and interviewing skills foundation to select and place contract candidates on contract assignments• Retain staff of temporary/contract employees to meet customer needs• Work closely with other Staffing Supervisors to ensure customer needs are being met• Service existing and new business accounts through regular customer contact/visits At Acara, we know that productivity is about more than man-hours.
