I grew up in a very small town in Wisconsin where much of my family works in the trade industry – so Gardner felt like home away from home. It wasn’t a straight and narrow path to get here but in my past roles, what I cared most about was the employees. How are we cultivating a great culture so everyone loves coming to work? Answering this question is what I get to do every day for work and it’s quite the dream job if you ask me! I help with all things recruiting and hiring, onboarding new employees, and many culture and event initiatives. What motivates me every day at Gardner is our vision and how we want to change the industry for the better – having amazing people here makes that goal attainable!
