ABOUT KAYLA KLUFAS

I am a motivated, and outgoing problem solver with a contagious positive attitude. My purpose is connecting with people to deliver personalized and innovative results. Beyond my commitment to producing such results, I am passionate about business development, communications, fashion, and all things health and wellness. In my career, I have gained experience executing sales management and business development while increasing revenue through brand awareness and cold calling for organizations, such as CRO Software Solutions, and The Canadian Association of Recycling Industries (CARI). Within my communications role with CARI, I collaborated with the board of directors to lead the launch of an online member service. This nurtured my love for the digital sphere and led me to pursue a social media internship at Xactly Design and Advertising. This position involved creating content for monthly blogs, social captions and strategies along with using social networking analysis tools to track and demonstrate results.I personified my love of fashion by providing personalized style advice to clients and driving sales for two reputable companies, Aritzia and Nordstrom. Health is another passion of mine. I was a front of house server and assisted in running the social media account for RAW Pulp + Grind, a raw, vegan and gluten-free restaurant and juice bar. I educated the Ottawa community on nutrition and simultaneously optimized their Instagram presence. I am inspired by the boundless potential and creative liberty that flow within these communities which push me out of my comfort zone. Moreover, they all relate to my true purpose in life, connecting with inspiring individuals.
