   Hire & develop the best engineers across multiple products. • Empower a SaaS team of front-end developers, including architect, dev leads & contractors to continuously operate at a high caliber. • Implement various processes, documentation & oversee cross-team development as STO (Single-Threaded Owner) for a primary RMS analytics product. • Orchestrated a 6-month app rewrite with Vue/Nuxt of a 15-month+ React app, while continuing to release new features to clients in the React app until a month before the new app\'s release. The new app was seamlessly delivered to clients, while featuring a redesign with new features and included 90%+ code coverage. • Guided the adoption of using LaunchDarkly for feature flags at RMS, to allow developers to continuously develop new features, while de-risking releases. • Maneuvered product releases from every 6-ish weeks to a regular release cadence of every 2 weeks. • Committee member for reviewing proposed changes to data schema across RMS suite of products.
