I lead Beacon Hill Technologies across Dallas, Austin, Houston, OKC and San Antonio, with responsibility for IT delivery, sales, operations, and strategic business development across the region.Over the course of my career, I have built a strong track record of delivering top technology talent and tailored solutions to clients across a wide range of industries, supporting business outcomes throughout the DFW market since 2014. My focus has always been on aligning people, process, and strategy to solve real business problems.As a leader, I am known for building and developing high-performing internal teams across consulting services, including Core IT, Digital and Creative, and Government Services. I believe strong results come from investing in people, setting clear expectations, and leading with both accountability and care.I began my journey at Beacon Hill as a Technical Staffing Consultant and have grown within the organization through hands-on experience, operational leadership, and a deep commitment to our clients and teams.I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University, which helped shape the strategic and relationship-driven approach I bring to my work today
