LCPtracker is the leading provider in Certified payroll supporting all markets in ensuring construction employees are paid the proper prevailing wage. As the sole Product Manager for the entire Legacy platform, I support stakeholders across the company in order to both keep the application functioning and take pressure off of the core teams while they reengineer an old platform from the ground up. Ramping up quickly, I have been able to completely alleviate the load from the Legacy platform in 3 sprints while starting an entire new team with individual team agreements and processes.
