ABOUT KAYLA DENNEY

I’m a recent graduate of Rutgers Business School with a B.S. in Supply Chain Management and a Minor in Entrepreneurship. Throughout my college career, I’ve combined academic knowledge with hands-on experience in logistics, leadership, and mentoring, preparing me to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.During my internship at Werner Enterprises, I supported the One-Way Customer Service Department on the Lowe’s team—managing systems for pickups and deliveries, building and tracking loads, and enhancing operational efficiency. After completing the internship, I continued working part-time with Werner Enterprises throughout my entire senior year, further strengthening my industry knowledge and professional skills.Beyond logistics, I served as a Resident Assistant on College Avenue, where I fostered a supportive and inclusive residential community. I also worked as a Peer Mentor, helping first-year students transition successfully to college life—an experience that sharpened my interpersonal and leadership skills.I’m passionate about the end-to-end supply chain and fascinated by the systems that bring ideas to market. I aim to pursue roles where I can drive innovation, improve processes, and collaborate across teams to deliver meaningful impact.
