ABOUT KAYLA MASON
With 20 years of experience building organizational capacity, Kayla focuses on social impact partnerships, scaling access programs and organizational development. As the Regional Director at The Hidden Genius Project, Kayla leads the expansion strategy and execution across the West region, advancing the mission to train and mentor Black male youth in technology creation, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Previously, as the Head of Expansion at The Future Project, Kayla spearheaded strategic initiatives and implemented scalable systems to grow the organization’s reach across 11 cities, impacting 25K+ students.
