As the University Recruiting Lead for Generation Veeva\'s Engineering Development Program (EDP) in Toronto, I am responsible for locating and recruiting talented students and recent graduates to fill Associate Software, DevOps and Performance Engineering positions. To build Generation Veeva\'s brand across Universities within Toronto and the GTA, I facilitate on and off campus recruiting events, create and deliver in-person and virtual presentations/webinars to educate potential candidates on career opportunities at Veeva. I work closely with our Hiring Managers to screen and interview candidates and manage communications throughout the recruiting process. It is my goal is to ensure a smooth recruiting process for all candidates and for new hires, to facilitate a supportive, fun and educational environment to help realize their full potential within EDP!

ABOUT KAYLA BRENDLE
I was born and raised in Toronto. In 2015, I graduated from Humber College with a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations. Shortly after, I started my career in the digital media industry working as an Account Manager at AOL and Adobe. After five years, I decided to pivot into Talent Development and joined Veeva Systems as the University Recruiting Lead for the Engineering Development Program (EDP) in Toronto. It was an exciting opportunity which allowed me to achieve my career pivot goals, gain recruitment experience and learn new skills! Over the past 4.5 years working at Veeva, I\'ve watched EDP Toronto grow, helping to hire 250+ Associate and Interns. I\'m excited to continue contributing to Veeva\'s overall growth and I hope you are too!
