As a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, be a value-add, a strategic thought partner throughout the organization that is best in class; attracting and retaining top talent effectively and efficiently, leveraging technology and having a demonstrable business and financial impact. • Lead the full life-cycle of recruiting from sourcing, screening, talent selection, offer phase and onboarding, ensuring hiring managers hire the highest quality of talent efficiently and determining the effectiveness of recruitment plans • Building credibility and rapport with key senior leaders, critical stakeholders and hiring managers, operating as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert • Partnering with the HR Ops Team to build best practices, processes and procedures in the talent function from candidate experience to onboarding • Refining hiring forecasting capabilities, analyzing and reporting meaningful metrics on a consistent basis to ensure KPI’s are met; providing data-driven, actionable insight to improve performance • Identifying, implementing and optimizing a new ATS as part of the organization\'s initiative to expand talent pool, resulting in a comprehensive yet user-friendly application process while improving the candidate and hiring manager experience • Maximizing employee value through talent acquisition and management, employee experience, and redefining the employer branding, culture and organizational EVP
