Read below for more information about my background and experiences.In my 5+ years of working in fast-paced retail environments, I have leveraged my analytical skills to drive performance and sales in a customer-oriented space. I\'ve used tools, such as SQL, Excel, R, Tableau, and Python to create programs and graphical reports and performed analyses on operational datasets, such as inventory, revenue, and customer feedback. I\'ve also implemented project management tools, like Jira, to effectively manage multiple priorities and smoothly communicate with my teams in various roles.For four dynamic years, I studied Statistics at The University of Pittsburgh. During my time there, I engaged in an assortment of roles and opportunities that strengthened my people and analytical skills. In the future, I anticipate seeking higher education to further develop my current knowledge base and skill set.My goal is to increase data literacy and accessibility through data communication, combining my experiences in customer service and data analytics. I want to foster an environment that is inclusive and equitable for everyone. Through collaborating with diverse and talented people who share my vision, I am eager to learn new skills and technologies to educate others using data.
