I’m a Labor and Delivery RN with a deep passion for advancing maternal health through evidence-based practice, innovative medical devices, and equitable care. My clinical experience in high-risk perinatal settings has fueled a commitment to improving outcomes for both mothers and babies—especially among communities affected by health disparities.As a unit super-user for fetal monitors, infant warmers, and other maternal-newborn technologies, I love helping colleagues feel confident in using tools that support safe, effective care. I believe that staying current with emerging practices and technologies isn\'t just a professional responsibility—it\'s a way to advocate for every patient\'s best possible outcome.I’m especially driven by conversations around maternal health equity, safer labor interventions, and the role of clinical education in elevating standards of care. Whether at the bedside or beyond, I’m always seeking opportunities to bridge frontline nursing with the future of women’s health.
