My Green Lab Certification is the international \"gold standard\" for lab sustainability certifications. As a member of the dedicated and passionate Business Development team at Impact Laboratories, I am responsible for supporting laboratories across the scientific industry in their journey to improve sustainability in science. I identify and engage scientists and their community by sharing with them the benefits of My Green Lab Certification and guiding them through the certification process. Through focusing on education and engagement, we are able to build and implement a foundational and global culture of sustainability that we hope extends beyond the lab and inspires others outside of the science industry. I feel extremely fortunate to be able to utilize my scientific expertise in this capacity by integrating it with my passion for the environment. I am confident that with the global expansion of My Green Lab Certification, we can effectively and dramatically reduce the impact of such a resource intensive field and inspire positive change everywhere.
