   As co-founder of RPA, along with my husband, Professor Alex Stajkovic, we are on a mission to bring research to life by providing evidence-based solutions to organizations seeking to foster more effective management and leadership practices. Our goal is to help companies create sustainable organizational change by providing evidence-based management training to help managers become more effective transformational leaders.We recognize that every organization is unique, and our solutions are tailored to each client\'s specific needs. In addition to leadership development programs, our People Analytics division offers data-driven approach to help clients transform their people into a key source of value creation. We ask questions that open new horizons and then employ advanced analytics to find answers. The result is more effective and reliable human capital decisions.I am involved in every aspect of our company\'s operations. We work with our clients to develop and deliver innovative solutions.
