Kayla Sowinski has been in the Sports Performance field for the last 9 years training athletes at the high school, college, and professional levels. She moved to Nashville, TN in hopes to continue her journey in training healthy and injured athletes and now has her own business 20 miles south of Nashville in Nolensville, TN. She specializes in force plate technology to drive the decision making process for athletes in regards to injuries, exercise prescription and performance. She has worked with over 120+ professional athletes including the NFL, MLB, and NBA, as well as collegiate and high school athletes. Aside from training athletes, Kayla gained hands-on experience to business development, customer service, sales, facility operations, data research/analysis, and brand development at the Tech start-up, Sparta Science. Kayla interned at Sparta prior to being a Senior Coach. She received her Master\'s with a concentration in Biomechanics and Strength & Conditioning, along with her Undergraduate Degrees at California State University, Chico. Kayla is passionate about developing relationships with athletes and treats each athletes career as her own.
