Conducts all Plant Wide Meetings for communication purposes with a diverse workforce with seven different languages. Recruits for all salary and maintenance personnel to fill open positions within both facilities. Supports two locations with 500 employees. Reports out daily, weekly, and monthly KPI metrics regarding absenteeism, turnover, attrition, headcount, and open positions. Direct, advise and coach direct reports on employee relations concerns, and the overall day-to-day questions that arise. Conducted 3 training sessions for Managers, Hourly Performance Review training, ADP E-time Coding training, and Interview training. Implemented weekly Manning/Staffing meetings with plant leadership to align current needs to budget. Active member of the Safety Committee and involved with shifting culture to create a safe work environment. Developed a Maintenance Apprentice Program with Ivy Tech from the ground up for all Nisco locations. Certified through DDI to conduct and train all workshops within the DDI course content. Completed 3 Cohorts with a total of 18 members from the Leadership Team between both Plants. Developed Roundtable Meetings with new hires to gauge, safety, belonging and overall improvements to NISCO.
