After spending 20+ years in customer service–focused roles across retail and insurance, I’ve built my career around one simple idea: people matter. What I’ve always found most fulfilling is providing clear information, helping others work through decisions, and being part of the solution when it counts.Today, I bring that same mindset into my role as a Talent Recruiter with GPAC, where I have the opportunity to connect with even more people on a larger scale.
