Meet with clients to select all exterior & interior finishes for their home ranging from brick/stone/siding for the exterior to paint/cabinets/countertops/flooring/plumbing fixtures and lighting for the interior of the home. After meeting with clients, I disperse all job information to all project managers and subcontractors for the home via co-construct and pre-construction meetings. I also submit all permits for new construction homes and take care of getting any plans for new developments/lots recorded and approved by the townships and counties. I also gather estimates for each house and issue purchase orders to subcontractors based on estimates that have been approved by upper management.
