ABOUT KAYLA MITROVICA-GLASSER

I am a passionate and versatile professional who thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments. I have a strong background in contemporary arts, with a MA degree from Sotheby\'s Institute of Art, and a keen interest in the intersection of art, culture, innovation and education. My work experience is also quite versatile where I\'ve worn many hats; chief executive assistant at one of the most prestigious art galleries in Canada, office manager and moved my way quickly to an HR specialist. I am responsible for managing and delivering multiple cross-functional projects, ranging from global conferences, hackathons, social events, to internal learning and development programs, DEI initiatives, and hybrid events. I leverage my skills in office administration, administrative assistance, event planning, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient execution of all project aspects; from planning, budgeting, coordination, communication, to evaluation. I also support the C-level executives with various requests, and assist in policy adaptation, HR support, calendar management to name a few. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
