About Kayla McCain

Currently I oversee the Sales & Marketing team for ten Western States and the Inside Sales Team (i.e. scheduling) for the Pacific Northwest for ExamWorks, a leading global provider of IME and Review services. My role is to support and lead talented individuals to their highest potential to grow and retain ExamWorks’ customer base.I started my career in 2004 in customer service with a small family-owned Oregon business in a field that married my interests in healthcare and law, Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and Peer Reviews for the workers’ compensation, automobile and disability industries. This led to what is now a 16-year career where I have had the pleasure of being part of several exciting IME companies through multiple acquisitions. Each acquisition presented new opportunity and my ability to be highly professional, agile and creative supported each acquisition’s success. Where I started - CUSTOMER SERVICE - is the absolute foundation for everything I do, with responsiveness and transparency of the utmost importance. I uniquely work in an operational capacity in addition to sales, providing a comprehensive and well-balanced perspective to all decisions.
