I am a senior training and operations leader with extensive experience overseeing province-wide training delivery, learning management systems, and credentialed workforces within highly regulated environments. I am known for stepping into complex, high-accountability roles and bringing structure, clarity, and sustainable processes to large-scale operations.In my current role, I lead provincial training logistics and registration, manage a large team of credentialed trainers, and act as the primary authority for scheduling, system configuration, and curriculum-driven operational changes. My responsibilities span LMS governance, vendor coordination, workforce scheduling, payroll alignment, and process improvement initiatives that support compliance and operational efficiency.Previously, I served as the functional lead and primary system authority for a multi-regional learning management environment supporting international operations. I provided leadership to analysts and trainers, determined training requirements, supported curriculum development, and partnered with international stakeholders to implement system updates and enhancements.I am motivated by roles that value accountability, collaboration, and sustainable workloads.
