About Kayla Luckett

As a coaching specialist at Ampact, I provide academic support to more than 20 assigned schools to ensure the early childhood model is delivered with fidelity and adequate progress is made. I have over six years of experience as an instructional coach and teacher, guiding teachers in lesson plan development, differentiated instruction, modeling, and scaffolding for virtual instruction. I am also a certified educator with a professional teacher certification from Florida Department of Education and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. I am passionate about developing and implementing performance improvement strategies and plans to promote continuous improvement in the education industry. I have created and facilitated training for over 50 Corps members and partnered with the academic director to execute programs that foster development and communication amongst the staff and students. I have also received multiple honors and awards for my academic excellence and leadership skills, such as the Lillian Bauder Scholar, the Michelle Foster Award, and the Thurgood Marshall Scholar. My goal is to empower educators with coaching and DEI skills that will enhance their professional growth and student outcomes.
