Serve as an academic advisor to up to 18 first-generation college-bound high school students, supporting academic planning, personal development, and college readiness- Provide one-on-one and group advising to foster students’ academic achievement, emotional growth, and life skills for college and beyond- Live on campus and build a positive, inclusive residential community through dorm programming, student support, and intentional mentorship- Collaborate with residential and academic teams to develop holistic support systems, ensuring consistent communication between teachers, families, and staff- Lead daily study halls and supervise evening tutorials to monitor academic progress, cultivate productive habits, and reinforce goal setting- Plan and facilitate dorm meetings and student-focused activities to promote personal responsibility, community values, and leadership.
