As a project manager at Newmark I provide project management services associated with office space, major tenant improvements, site work and space reconfiguration projects from the planning phase through final completion and delivery to my clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; • Manage relocation, expansion, remodel, renewal, and/or new construction as third party project manager on behalf of client• Act as the main point of contact and project liaison to the client, landlord, architect, general contractor, building manager, IT/AV/security, and furniture and any other trades throughout each project• Initiate and manage the procurement of design, construction and consultants’ services on behalf of client• Oversee and review the development of architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents• Draft, review, communicate and enforce contractual documents for design and construction professionals• Provide analysis of budgets and schedules and their effect on the financial objectives of the project• Review contractor and vendor onsite activities to verify they are in contractual compliance with design specifications, schedules and workmanship standards• Establish, direct, and document project meetings• Develop and complete project specific tasks as required to meet or exceed the expectations of the client and fulfill contractual obligations• Provide team leadership and mentor assistant project managers throughout the project• Portfolio of projects varied from 10k sq.ft. to 100k+ sq.ft. and budgets ranging from $5M to $75M in value.
