ABOUT KAYLA CONSTANTINO

I am a systems engineer who is passionate about applying my industrial engineering skills to complex and dynamic systems. I am currently working as a Systems Engineer I at G2 Ops, Inc, a company that provides systems engineering, cybersecurity, and model-based systems engineering solutions to the defense and aerospace industry. I am motivated by the company\'s mission to deliver innovative and effective solutions that enhance the security and performance of our clients\' systems. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have also been involved in leading and organizing philanthropy events for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women, supporting their foundation Read>Lead>Achieve, which promotes literacy and education for children. As a Systems Engineer I at G2 Ops, Inc, I collaborate with other engineers and analysts to design, develop, test, and evaluate systems and components that meet the requirements and specifications of our clients. I use my communication and leadership skills to coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that the project objectives, deliverables, and timelines are met. I also use my Microsoft Office skills to create and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations that demonstrate the results and outcomes of our engineering solutions. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to apply my user-centered design and coding skills to enhance the functionality and usability of our systems. I am proud to be part of a team that delivers high-quality and reliable systems engineering solutions that support the defense and aerospace industry.
