I empower business leaders to make informed decisions where compensation is concerned. I support a majority of our U.S. operations, as well as our Canada, Global Manufacturing, and Procurement groups. Day-to-day activities include approving employee movement that affects compensation packages, evaluating variable pay plans, calculating the cost impact of compensation decisions, providing customers with market data, participating in market surveys, and leading compensation trainings. Outside of the individual groups that I work with, I’m heavily involved in the management of our job library, administration of the annual merit increase, and pay structure adjustment period.
