Fresh Food Connect aims to create a healthier, more sustainable, equitable and local food system by creating a market for homegrown food. Fresh Food Connect is a tech-based nonprofit that engages gardeners to easily donate their garden produce to hunger relief organizations in their own area, all through our mobile app. What started as a pilot project in one Denver zip code between three nonprofit partners has spread to over 1,300 zip codes in 20 states in partnership with 50 partners.
