   As a Senior Analyst in the Digital & IT Rotational Development Program (DITRDP), I have gained extensive experience across diverse roles. In my first rotation within CET Business Engagement, I served as an IT Reporting and Analytics Developer, enhancing data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. I was responsible for rebuilding and optimizing reports using MS Excel PivotTables and MS Power BI, ensuring accurate data representation for strategic analysis.During my second rotation with the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, I developed standardized documentation for ServiceNow ticket management and conducted a two-year analysis of ticket metrics. I presented these findings to the team, providing data-driven insights for process improvements. I supported internal auditing for TISAX compliance. Also, I suggested enhancements to an internal IT process within the team.In my spare time, I researched cybersecurity events and authored company-wide awareness articles.
