I’m a design leader specializing in complex, multi-layered ecosystems—helping teams transform ambiguous product spaces into intuitive, scalable experiences that blend user needs with business strategy. With experience across enterprise SaaS, fintech, data intelligence tools, and e-commerce, I lead end-to-end product design grounded in research, systems thinking, and inclusive design. I’ve shipped high-impact features across 10+ product lines, built design systems, facilitated client-facing discovery workshops, and mentored cross-disciplinary designers. Previously, I contributed to spearheading design across products that made up about 40%+ ARR in Restaurant365’s product suite, improved Zola’s wedding album draft-to-order conversion by 47%, and now lead strategic UX initiatives, content strategy, and foundational LLM modeling at JPMorgan Chase.
