ABOUT KAYJAY MCCLAY
Currently, I am Head of Tournament Operations and the Lead Assistant Golf Professional at Druid Hills Golf Club, in Atlanta GA. My work at very high end facilities in both private and resort settings, has taught me specifically the importance of time management, critical thinking skills, leadership, teamwork, and value-added service. I believe, based on my diverse background and multitude of experiences within the industry, I can bring fresh ideas, a creative mindset, and a hard-working attitude. Each day, I choose to be a big picture thinker, and lean into importance of being a team player. Spreading good will around the club and remaining present for member engagement opportunities, at the highest levels of the private club sector, has become a part of who I am. In my spare time, I am very active. I love fitness, meditation, playing and watching tennis, table tennis, bowling, and of course my #1 - playing and teaching golf.
