This role is integral to the support and expansion of partner relationships that fully leverage the influence of our brand and the scale of SmugMug + Flickr\'s global audience. Subscription Growth Program • Grow SmugMug subscriptions + help sellers become more profitable. • Work with existing sellers to optimize their profitability. • Assist in the onboarding of ‘enterprise accounts’ • Work with camps and other enterprise-level accounts Perks Program • Manage the operations of the perks program, be responsible for keeping it organized, and internal communications for the program. • Provide guidance on perks to target for users, coordinate perks asks with broader strategic partnerships Webinar Program • Manage SmugMug Webinars • Organize and conduct webinars to inspire and activate trialers or new members • Organize and conduct webinars to activate channel redemption accounts + aid in tracking • Manage the overall program, ensuring that it is running efficiently, sourcing new content and optimizing for the different audiences Education program • Manage the operations of SmugMug’s education program. • Provide essential training to students and professors, as is necessary. • Gradually build up target list and pitch to grow the program • Conduct surveys, write or film content, work on important marketing initiatives as deemed appropriate by the marketing team • Support partnerships and advertising including help drafting and sharing NDA’s, partner targeting/outreach, and more • Develop case studies from top accounts to highlight to other potential accounts • Develop content for SEO
