ABOUT KAYANAT PARACHA
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Kayanat enrolled into DePauw University in 2012 as a Posse Scholar and Bonner Scholar. She earned her BA in Anthropology with a minor in Women\'s Studies in May of 2016. After graduating, she held the role of a Program Coordinator for the Posse Foundation in Chicago in which she served as lead contact throughout the annual scholarship interview process. Kayanat completed her M.S.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington in May of 2019 and served as a Graduate Assistant for the Community and Leadership Development Center in Residential Programs and Services. Additionally, she held a practicum with the Office of Admissions at Indiana University Bloomington and completed a summer internship as a Graduate Assistant for the Business Emerging Leaders Program for the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kayanat previously served as an Assistant Dean for Pan Asian Student Advising and OPAL Education at Dartmouth College.
