When I was 10, my parents bought the original Squeeze In location, and I’ve been part of the business ever since. From washing dishes as a kid to helping expand the business as soon as I was old enough, I’ve loved every minute of it. Today, as Co-Owner and VP of Sales & Marketing, I’ve helped grow Squeeze In from 3 locations to 9, all while keeping that same family spirit alive.In addition to my work with Squeeze In, I co-founded the Neuroencoding Institute alongside my sister Shila Morris and Dr. Joseph McClendon where we’ve trained over Certified Neuroencoding specialists. These amazing individuals are out in the world making a difference, using science-backed methods to create lasting emotional change. Together, we’re on a mission to help people reprogram their minds for success and happiness.Alongside my sister, I co-host the @KayandShi Infinite Energy Show, where we turn everyday experiences into life lessons that inspire others. I’ve had the incredible honor of speaking in front of over people worldwide and designing a marketing system that generated over $100 million in sales for a top personal growth leader. Plus, with podcast downloads and over Instagram followers, it’s been a joy to connect with a community that’s as passionate as I am. Born and raised in Northern Nevada, I’m deeply connected to the community, where with my sister I also co-announce local treasures like the Great Reno Balloon Race.When I’m not mentoring entrepreneurs or hosting large-scale events, I’m probably off exploring the world—Scotland, Australia, and beyond—or spending time with my two amazing kids.
