ABOUT KAY YCOY
For more than two decades I was employed at Union Bank. I started as a Teller and completed my career as AVP, Relationship Banking Manger. Business prospecting, networking, financial sales and client services were some of the skills I developed in the duration of my time there.After that, I spent eight years staffed at two nonprofits. I was with Maranantha Chapel as the Bookstore and Café Manager more than four years and three years with Turning Point Pregnancy Resource Center in Community Relations. Since 1998, I have volunteered for a few churches and local community nonprofits. I am passionate about connecting with donors, networking with local businesses and serving as a volunteer in a number of areas. This experience prepared and developed me further as a leader, managing up to 50 volunteers. I equally enjoyed event planning and running the two businesses for a large/mega church.I would say that these last 30 years have been extremely rewarding. I was even recognized and a recipient of a couple of awards at Union Bank for being a leader amongst my peers (divisionally and statewide) in exceeding sales goals.My Leadership ability, cultivating relationships, organizational and communication skills, and the desire to service people has been the key to my success.
