Developing usability testing, sharing results, and providing user subjective/objective/UI-UX suggestions. Providing detailed documentation in user experience results both in pre-launch and post-launch production in order to better communicate with the designer, PM, and developers. Cooperating with University to do the user fundamental experiment for make the user can operate comfortably on the large touch screen. Ergonomics evaluation of the user’s physical and psychological limitations on UI/UX software and hardware design. Apply for two patents, one has obtained US and Taiwan patent certification, and the other is under the application.
