About Kay Weaving

Hello! My name is Kay Weaving, and I’m a Early Talent Analyst on the People Team at BNY, based in Pittsburgh. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 2024, I am now currently in a two-year rotational program where I will get to explore different areas of Human Resources. As I move forward in my career in Human Resources, I hope to continue improving the lives of employees. I believe workplaces thrive when employees can be their best selves and feel a sense of inclusion and belonging, and I show up to bring this passion into the work I do. My first rotation was on our Global Impact Citizenship team, which champions our employee giving and volunteer program. During my rotation, our team launched a new global platform for our employee base where I was involved in planning and execution from Pilot to Post Launch. Now, I am on our People Platforms Operating Model team, which leads our current organization-wide transformation through involvement in Talent Selection, Feedback, and Communications. At BNY, I also enjoy being apart of our BNY community through serving as an Engagement Ambassador for our Future Leaders Program, a People Team Connections Committee Member and a Member of Several E/BRGs such as PRISM, GENEDGE and IMPACT.
