WINNING THE TRAINING GAME™ offers interactive training using our a proprietary training tool. It is an innovative, oversized (4’x5’) board game that accommodates two to four teams (up to 12 players) at a time. Players attempt to win the game by answering questions to accumulate game dollars. With oversized game pieces, participants move around the board and answer tough questions, formulate strategies, uncover company strengths and share best practices. Goals can be set and measured to guarantee results. Judges are trainers, managers or supervisors and they evaluate answers and reward successful responses.
