Joined Smiths Gore (Dumfries office) as a graduate in 2004, remaining there throughout my career to date. Smiths Gore was acquired by Savills in 2015.I work principally as a rural agent responsible for sales, purchasing and valuation of farms, estates and other rural property in the south of Scotland. However, I also have wide ranging experience of managing private rural estates, both full estate management, ad-hoc consultancy advice and professional services. I have a particular interest in title/technical matters having a legal academic background.
