ABOUT KAY NOBLE
As Chief of Staff I am at the heart of our Consulting business. My role spans the development, execution and communication of PwC Consulting\'s strategy and the leadership of teams in support of this. I have over 25 years experience of working in professional services. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and Chartered Tax Advisor (CIOT), I became a management consultant and led a number of large scale policy and transformation programmes across government and the health sector, both in the UK and in the Middle East.I am dedicated to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to fulfil their potential at work and in life and have been able to use my position to advance our inclusion work, with a particular focus on the authority gap that exists between men and women and in other dimensions of diversity.Former name: Kay McCulloch
