I am a highly organised, motivated, and well-qualified pharmaceutical professional with over 20 years of experience spanning the full spectrum of pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply, including APIs, solid oral dosage forms, non-sterile oral liquids, sterile products, terminal sterilisation, and aseptic fill. My expertise covers both commercial and clinical supply.I bring strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in senior leadership roles managing cross-functional teams across diverse operational settings. I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with individuals at all levels of experience and expertise. My experience includes conducting audits of suppliers, service providers, and contract manufacturers across the UK, Europe, and India.I am proficient in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS), and I actively promote analytical thinking and pragmatic problem-solving approaches. I have served as EU QPPV Deputy (Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance) and am eligible to act as a Qualified Person under the permanent provisions.I have a keen interest in advancing Quality Management Maturity (QMM) within the pharmaceutical sector, recognising its critical role in driving sustainable compliance, operational excellence, and supply chain resilience.
