Kay Corlett – Managing DirectorAfter joining the Company in 1984 as a Trainee Accountant, I developed a passion for the business and was appointed Company Secretary in 1994. Following this I was promoted to Financial Director and Shareholder in 2007. After the announcement by our original MD of his impending retirement it was a natural progression to secure the shareholding and transition to Managing Director.During my time at End Systems I have developed my passion and desire to move the Company forward and improve on what is already a very successful business. Utilising my leadership skills and with a sound management structure behind me I have the belief that End Systems will grow from strength to strength.With a particular emphasis on People being our biggest asset this embellishes the company excellence in training & quality which is renown throughout the industry.
